Front layer is solar fabric with the image. The back layer is 100% cotton and mask has fusible fabric in between for sturdiness and used as a filter.  The elastic has stoppers on them so that you can adjust the straps. 
 
The front layer with the image is solar fabric, 100% microfiber solar fabric is lightweight, comfortable, and rated up. 
 
Machine wash. Quick-drying so item can hang dry or tumble low.
